2.1 Stage 1 Membership
2.1.1 Prospective AHSW Members are asked to supply the following information via an online application form:
- First Name, Last name
- Job Title
2.1.2 Arts & Health South West will use this information to:
- collate person/sector non-identifiable data e.g. number or type of arts and/or health activity in the South West geographical area;
- verify Member’s identity (at login);
- send monthly e-news bulletins (if this option is selected)
- occasionally request Members to complete online surveys
- occasionally contact specific Members for other reasons
2.1.3 This information will not be made available to any 3rd parties.
2.2 Stage 2 Membership
2.2.1 AHSW Members may opt to complete a more detailed questionnaire which will enable them to decide to make selected information available to:
- other AHSW Members and/or
- members of the public who visit the Site
2.2.2 AHSW Members may also decide to show their location, (or that of their organisation or project or event), located by Post Code on the Google Map which is part of the Site.
2.2.3 AHSW Members can opt to change their privacy settings on the Site at any time.
3. Information automatically collected from your computer
3.1 Log files/IP addresses: When you visit the Site Google Analytics automatically records your IP address which it makes available to AHSW.
3.2 Google Analytics may also gather other non-personal information (from which we cannot identify you) such as the type of your internet browser, which AHSW may use to provide you with a more effective service.
3.3 AHSW gathers information volunteered via the content management system from AHSW Members using the password protected areas.
4.1 This site uses session-cookies only, and only so that logged-in AHSW Members can move around the site without their session timing out and so being repeatedly asked to log in again. Session-cookies are destroyed whenever you close your browser down, and those on this site do not store any identifiable or sensitive personal data.
